Z-Clubs are one of Zonta International's longest running programmes aimed at high school, college and university students; established in 1948.
The goals are to help girls develop leadership skills, promote career exploration; and encourage members to participate in community, school and international service projects.
The objectives are:
1. Bring the mission of Zonta International, “Advancing the Status of Women”, to students around the world
2. Stimulate new and meaningful service and advocacy projects
3. Create vital pathways into Zonta International club membership
